DISCOVERY; EAT MORE RED HOT PEPPERS TO LIVE LONG

Don't we all want to live long?
Kudos to medical researchers for always going the extra mile to find out more of the goodness in our God given plants and animals.

Researchers at the Larner Colledge of Medicine at the University of Vermont discovered that hot red peppers actually reduced the total mortality rate due to Heart disease or stroke by 13 percent.

According to Chopan and littenberg in the study, Possible explanations are the facts that capsaicin, the principal components plays a role in celullar and molecular mechanisms that prevents obesity and modulate coronary blood flow that may indirectly affect the host by altering the gut microbiota. 

They went ahead to recommend dietary consumption of pepper based on  findings from previous and current studies.


So go ahead and enjoy those peppers.
